Divemaster
This is the first step in your diving career. Working closely with a PADI Instructor, you will expand your diving knowledge and improve your skills as you become a dive professional.
The PADI Divemaster course develops your leadership abilities by training you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.

There are some prerequisites for the Divemaster course:
- You need to be a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or equivalent
- You need to be a PADI Rescue Diver or equivalent
- Medical clearance signed by a physician
- At least 40 logged dives at the start of the course and at least 60 logged dives by the end of the course
